TWOxTWO

Recognized as "Best Student Design-Build Project Worldwide" by Archdaily

6 weeks | with ARCH 202: Architectural Design II | under Nick Senske

Designed in 5 segments, TwoXTwo was a collaborative project between 77 students that sought to redefine the atrium of the College of Design as a public space. A digital model of abstract planes was transformed into buildable geometries. Construction occurred in layers, 200 in total. Individual layers were assembled into 10 layer chunks, and then assembled.
